Stilleven met gerookte haring, oesters en rookgerei On a table placed in a corner is the following arrangement, from left to right: at the front two kippers, a pewter plate with two opened oysters, some oyster shells and a little bag of tobacco; in the middle some matches, a pewter plate of four opened oysters, a white clay pipe and a red earthenware brazier of embers; at the back a loaf, a goblet of white wine and an oval tobacco tin made of pewter with copper fittings, and a personal mark on the lid. On the edge of the table are a tasselled mitre and crook and the letters `y.spina'.
