Item information
Interieur met keukengerei [nl]
Interieur met houten pomp en divers keukengerei (emmers, vaten, schtels, bezem) [nl] Light falls through an open door, illuminating its yellow-painted top and bottom sections, into a room (a scullery?) containing the following items, seen from left to right: a wooden pump, an upturned wooden pail, an upturned basket with a broom propped up against it, a cask, two glazed earthenware dishes, an onion and two melons, a barrel with the top sawn off and a duck plucked nearly clean. At the rear a churn, a wooden pail and (pruning?) shears. On the wall above the wooden screen partitioning off the hearth are a cloth, a red earthenware jug and colander and a string of onions. On the wall at the right are an iron rod, a set of iron tongs or a clamp, an iron skimmer, an iron trivet and two sausages. Blue sky can be seen through the open door. [nl]
